We are a family-owned catering business in Edmonton and surrounding areas. We specialize in a delicious and memorable blend of afro-Continental cuisine. Every dish that we serve is a reflection of our care and passion. We cater to a wide variety of events, including weddings, meetings, birthday parties, fundraisers, church dinners corporate events, to name a few. We pride ourselves in the quality of our product and service - no matter how big or small your event. Launched in 2015, Tinah Fusion cuisine, now D4J'S house of Chicken & Kababs has offered high-quality service in Edmonton and surrounding areas. We understand that everybody is different, that's why we provide a dedicated service to all of our clients.
So passionate about what we do, we upgraded to a food truck ( D'4J fusion) in 2020, a mobile, full commercial, self-sufficient kitchen that will take the fuss out of your next event!
Our passion is food. We are a family-operated business and run by a trained and experienced chef that loves creating ‘Afro Continental style food. We get to share our delicious food with our customers while having the chance to have our own adventures on the road.
